Maria Buckler is a licensed massage therapist who offers compassionate, body-centered care rooted in the belief that true healing happens when we reconnect with the body’s innate wisdom, natural rhythms, and connection to the earth. Her work is gentle, intentional, and deeply personalized—supporting clients through restoration, recovery, and long-term wellness.

Maria’s path into massage therapy was shaped by her own healing journey. A transformative experience receiving lymphatic drainage massage during her fertility process inspired her to pursue this work professionally. Today, Maria specializes in lymphatic drainage massage and integrates principles of Ayurveda to provide holistic, nurturing support tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Her lymphatic work is especially beneficial for clients managing edema, post-surgical recovery, scar healing, and pre- and post-operative care, including mastectomy support. Maria is known for her calming, intuitive presence and her ability to create a safe, supportive environment where the body can soften and heal at its own pace.

Maria brings a lifelong dedication to learning and embodied wellness into her practice. Originally from Southern California, she has lived in Hawaii and Idaho before settling in Bend. She continues to deepen her education, including spending a month in Turkey studying the foundations of Ayurvedic medicine.

Beyond the treatment room, Maria volunteers at women’s gatherings such as the Northern California Women’s Herbal Symposium and Spirit Weavers Gathering, where she offers womb care and breast health education. She practices what she teaches through daily self-care rituals including oil pulling, tongue scraping, dry brushing, and crafting her own herbal tinctures, salves, and oils.

An avid outdoorswoman, Maria enjoys paddling, swimming, hiking, and road-tripping with her family and beloved dogs. Her warmth, presence, and commitment to holistic healing are felt in every session she offers.

Valerie Henderson is a licensed massage therapist who brings a grounded, thoughtful approach to helping clients feel better in their bodies. With a background in Exercise Science and hands-on experience in sports massage settings, Valerie blends anatomical knowledge with intuitive, client-centered care.

Valerie completed the Licensed Massage Therapy program at Central Oregon Community College and has worked extensively with clients experiencing muscle tension, overuse injuries, and movement-related discomfort. Her primary specialties include deep tissue massage, neuromuscular therapy, and sports massage, though you don’t need to be an athlete to benefit from her work. These techniques are effective for anyone dealing with chronic tension, tight hips, leg discomfort, or specific areas of pain.

Valerie is especially skilled at focused, therapeutic work on the hips, legs, and lower body, and she enjoys helping clients address injuries or long-standing patterns of discomfort. Each session is fully customized — no two massages are the same — and tailored to meet the individual needs and goals of the client, whether that’s pain relief, improved mobility, or overall body balance.

When asked what she loves most about massage, Valerie shares that people genuinely want to be there — and she finds meaning in offering care that is both practical and impactful. Clients often appreciate her attentive presence, targeted approach, and ability to combine therapeutic depth with a supportive, calming experience.

Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, Valerie moved to Bend at a young age and loves being active outdoors. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, running, listening to music with her partner, and spending time with her cat, Molly — who is especially fond of bird-watching videos.
